• Blackout period: 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
• Limit 1 coupon per person.
• Valid for Singaporeans, PRs, EP, SP, DP and WP holders.
• Valid for first-time and existing customers who have not visited for past 12 months, aged 18 and above only.
• Return soak off have to be done within 4 weeks from first visit.
• Return soak-off service is only available for services done by Xiu House.
• Male customers are subjected to $5 surcharge for manicure and $5 surcharge for pedicure, payable to merchant directly.
• All sessions have to be utilised within 3 months from first visit.
• Sessions are non-transferable.
