• Limit 1 Fave voucher per person per visit.

• Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
• 2 sessions to be completed within 2 months from first visit.
• $20 surcharge applicable for appointments 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

• Last appointment for Sat – Sun at 4pm.
• For groups with 3 or more pax, 10 days reservation required.
• Rescheduling / cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to original booking.
• A confirmation request will be sent to the customer 24 hours before his/her scheduled appointment. If the customer does not respond to confirm his/her scheduled appointment, his/her appointment will be cancelled automatically.
• Any last minute cancellation or no show will result in deduction of the treatment or top up $20 to the merchant for inconvenience fee and customer will be allowed to continue usage of the treatment.
