- Tampines branch: Mon, Wed – Fri: 12pm - 9pm / Sat- Sun, Public Holidays: 10am – 7pm. Closed on Tuesday
- Kovan branch: Mon - Fri: 12pm - 9pm / Sat- Sun, Public Holidays: 10am – 7pm
- Not valid on 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
- Not valid with ongoing promotions or discounts.
- No replacements will be given for expired vouchers.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy many as gifts.
- For first-time female customers only aged 18 and above and customers who haven't visit for the past 12 months.
- Valid for Singaporeans, PR, EP, SP, WP and DP only.
- Touch up session must be done within 2 weeks of from first visit.
- Removal of existing eyelash extension is subject to surcharge $20, payable to merchant directly.
- Customers are encouraged to come with bare eyes (no mascara or curler) when come for treatment.
- Lash extension top-up available. Enquire for prices.
- Optional collagen eye patch during the treatment subject to surcharge $5, payable to merchant directly.
- Optional upgrade for higher volume lashes is available, payable to merchant directly.

Redemption instructions
- 3 days reservation required.
- Rescheduling / cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to original booking.
Appointment will be forfeited if customers fails to show up after 15 minutes grace period. Re-booking will be arranged.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
