• Voucher must be purchased 2 days prior to making appointments. In-store purchase and immediate redemption of vouchers is not allowed.

• Reservation required at least 2 days in advance, no walk-in allowed.

• Rescheduling or cancellation to be done 48 hours prior to appointment date.
