- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 9pm; Sat: 10am - 7pm. Closed on Sun and public holidays.
- Valid for first-time customers and those who have not visited for past 12 months.
- For female customers, aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Limit to 1 voucher per customer. May buy multiple as gifts.
- Surcharge subjected to:
- $20 for removal of exisiting eyelash extension not done by Lavish Beauty
- $20 for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
