- Limited to first-time customers of Earth Spa and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.

- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Date and time of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (it's under the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
- Appointment will be cancelled for customers who are late for more than 15 minutes and customer will need to reschedule.
- Treatment time will be shortened for customers who arrive late.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
