Fine print
- Valid Mon – Fri: 11am – 9pm, Sat – Sun & public holidays: 10am – 7pm. Valid on public holidays.
- Blackout period: 14 Jan, 2022 - 7 Feb, 2022
- Limited to first-time female customers of Coslab and existing female customers who have not visited for the past 12 months aged 21 and above.
- Limit 1 voucher per person per visit.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Valid for SG, PR, EP, WP, SP and DP only.
- Not valid with other promotions and discounts.
- Voucher will be deemed as redeemed for no shows.
- Due to Convid-19 Coslab requires customer to be fully vaccination + 14 days of vaccination effective period before the treatment. Customers are advised to present Trace Together app for verification purposes.
Redemption instructions
- 3 days reservation required.
- Booking subject to availability.
- For weekends appointments, customers are advised to book 4 weeks in advance, appointment is subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Rescheduling must be made at least 2 days prior to original booking.
- Appointments scheduled closed to expiry date is subject to availability.
- Customers are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time for registration and redemption process. As a courtesy to others, treatment will end as scheduled in the case of latecomers.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
