Singapore Pitstop Pack

Purchases of the SG Pitstop Pack are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, including when the Pack is purchased but not redeemed.

The NFT vouchers within the SG Pitstop Pack are valid from the date of purchase until 30 Jun 2024. Please refer to the redemption instructions on how to redeem them within the Grab app, and contact Grab Support (accessible from the top right corner of the Web3 Wallet) should you have any issues with redemption of the SG Pitstop Pack into your Grab Web3 Wallet. We recommend that you set up your Grab Web3 Wallet before purchasing the SG Pitstop Pack. Vouchers that are unused by 30 Jun 2024 will expire.

** You will be able to use the NFT vouchers at the following participating merchants: Irvins, Mint Museum of Toys, Mount Faber Leisure Group, Jumbo Seafood, LAC, Eu Yan Sang, KOI, The Grande Whiskey Museum, DUCKTours, City Tour Bus, Andaz Singapore, Spinelli and myEureka. The list of participating merchants may be subject to change - you can refer to the Grab Web3 Wallet (within the Grab app) for details of the participating outlet locations. Each NFT voucher is only valid for a single use. Once the NFT voucher is used, it cannot be used again, even if the full value of the NFT voucher is not utilized. The NFT vouchers are stackable and you may use multiple NFT vouchers in a single transaction. If the goods value exceeds the NFT voucher(s)’ value, you would need to pay the shortfall with any payment method available at the participating merchant. If the value of the goods purchased falls short of the NFT voucher amount indicated, no cash refund will be given.

*** Digital collectibles will be awarded upon a successful first transaction using your NFT vouchers at the following merchants: Irvins, MINT Museum of Toys, Jumbo Seafood and Mount Faber. Each user can only receive one collectible per location. The digital collectibles may unlock additional benefits at these merchants on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to merchants’ conditions and redemption quota. Please refer to the Grab Web3 Wallet (within the Grab app) for details of the qualifying outlet locations and benefits.

**** Upon successful purchase of this Pack, you may redeem your eCard through the promo code that will be automatically credited to your Fave account. A free Fave eCard can only be redeemed by first time eCard users. You can choose from any eCard (subject to the eCards’ terms & conditions) from the ‘$2 eCards Shop’, which may contain different values (up to S$10) depending on which merchant’s eCard you choose. You can find your promo code under “My Promos & Rewards”. Input the relevant promo code during the check-out process to enjoy the reward of the promo code. The Fave promo codes are valid 90 days from the date of purchase. Please refer to the redemption instructions on how to redeem them within the Fave app.

Grab and Fave will not reimburse, compensate or otherwise be held responsible for any loss or theft of the contents of the SG Pitstop Pack, including where your usage of the SG Pitstop Pack does not adhere to the terms of use of the Grab and/or Fave platforms. We recommend that you input the SG Pitstop Pack redemption code in the Grab Web3 Wallet (within the Grab app) as soon as you receive it.

The SG Pitstop Pack is an industry campaign with Grab, UOB and StraitsX, which tests the feasibility of Purpose-Bound Money for programmable rewards as part of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Project Orchid. The NFT vouchers available in the SG Pitstop Pack is an example of Purpose-Bound Money, which allows conditions such as validity period and type of merchants to be specified when making transfers in digital money.

Fave provides the service of making the SG Pitstop Pack available to be purchased on the Fave platform; and does not issue any of the NFT vouchers, SGD stablecoin(s), or digital collectibles contained within. Grab makes available the SG Pitstop Pack and provides the service of enabling the NFT vouchers within the purchased SG Pitstop Pack to be received in the customer’s Grab Web3 Wallet within the Grab mobile app, and used at participating merchants. Please note that these merchants are not Grab or Fave merchants, and neither Grab nor Fave will be responsible for any issues with merchants’ acceptance of your NFT vouchers.

The NFT vouchers are blockchain vouchers with underlying SGD-denominated digital money with payout conditions attached to them. The NFT vouchers and the underlying SGD-denominated digital money are issued by financial institution(s) and FinTech(s) that are permitted to provide such service; they are not issued by Grab or Fave. The SGD-denominated digital money are fully backed 1-to-1 to the Singapore dollar and therefore hold the same value as the Singapore dollar.

To redeem the NFT vouchers on Grab:
1. Copy the redemption code from the Fave app
2. Make sure you have the Grab Web3 Wallet set up
* Download the Grab app or update to the latest version (5.269.0 and above)
* Tap on ‘Finance’ on the bottom bar, then tap on the “Web3” tile and follow the steps to complete setting up your Web3 Wallet
* If you don’t see the Web3 tile, please contact Grab Support
3. Once your wallet is created, go to your Grab Web3 Wallet home page (via Finance > Web3) and tap on the ‘Get your SG Pitstop Pack here’ card to proceed. You will be able to input your redemption code here.
4. Once redeemed successfully, your NFT vouchers will be credited to your Web3 Wallet within 5 minutes. We will notify you via a push notification once the vouchers have been credited.

1. Go to “My Promo & Rewards” within the Fave app
2. Copy the relevant promo code that you wish to apply to your purchase

New to eCard user (have not bought any eCard on Fave before)
* To redeem your free S$2 eCard, go to Fave home page > $2 eCards > browse and select a S$2 eCard of your choice > click “Buy now” and apply the relevant promo code before checking out your free S$2 eCard.
