- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am – 9pm; Sat, Sun and public holidays: 10.30am - 7pm.
- Limited to first time customers of Yu by Spa Infinity and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, holders.
- Valid NRIC / valid Work Pass prior to appointment for verification.
- Not valid for existing package holders.
- Each customer may call in to make an appointment for a maximum of 2 people, subject to availability.
- Surcharge of $10 per person applicable for appointments on Sat, Sun and public holidays, payable directly to Yú by Spa Infinity.
- Optional top-up of $20 available for couple room, payable directly to Yú by Spa Infinity.
- Please arrive 1 hour before time of appointment to enjoy facilities before treatment.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 - 3 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (it’s under the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 1 day prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
