- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 8pm; Sat: 10am - 7pm; Sun and public holidays: 10am - 6pm.
- Limited to first-time customers of Yiz Mei and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP and DP holders.
- Present NRIC / Passport at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 1 month from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.

- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 48 hours prior to original booking.
- Customers are required to arrive 15min prior to the appointment time.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
