- Valid Mon - Sun: 9am - 12pm, 12pm - 2pm, 4pm - 6pm.
- Voucher is inclusive of trainer and equipment required.
- Covered shoes to be worn.
- Participants under the age of 13 year old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participants are advised to arrive 15 minutes before booking time. All participants have to complete a hard copy indemnity form before taking of equipment.
- Min. 4 people to start a session.
- XC reserves the right to approve or refuse an application for the booking of time slot.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 3 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call +6565159363 for confirmation of time slot with:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (It's under the 'Me' tab in the Fave app) at the outlet.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
