Fine print
- Valid Mon - Fri: 10am - 9pm (last appt: 7.30pm); Sat - Sun: 10am - 7pm (last appt: 5.30pm). Not valid on public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of WAXPRO BEAUTE and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male customers only.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- Please arrive 10min prior to your appointment to fill up forms, to avoid shortening of your treatment time.
- Festive period surcharge, $15 for appointments:
- 1 week before Christmas.
- 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 24 hours prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
