- Valid Mon - Sun: 11am - 11pm. Valid on public holidays.
- Limit 1 voucher per person, may buy multiple as gifts.
- Valid for first-time customers of Urban Spa and existing customers who have not visited for past 24 months.
- Not valid for package holders.
- Not valid for visit pass and student pass.
- For male and female customers aged 21 years and above.
- Valid for Singaporeans, PR, EP, SP, WP and DP.
- All customers are to present their NRIC/ Valid Work Pass for verification before treatment will be carried out.
- Not valid for pregnant women.
- Top-up available:
- $20 for couple room
- $10 per person for essential oil
- $10 per person for shower
- $38 for facilities (valid only for male customers)
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 2 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Any rescheduling or cancellation needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Any no show or cancellation of appts not made within 24 hours in advance will have their vouchers forfeited.

- Provide the following booking details:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (it’s under the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
- Customers are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time for registration and redemption process. As a courtesy to others, treatment will end as scheduled in the case of latecomers

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
