- Valid Mon - Sun: 11am - 8pm. Valid on public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of THE VOGUE HAIR PROFESSIONAL @ NOVENA and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
- Not valid for current package holders.
- Valid for hair length up to mid-back. Surcharge applicable for longer hair: *$20 for hair length past mid-back. * $50 for hair length past hip.
- Surcharge of $10 for appointment 1 week before Christmas.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 2 days in advance.
- Booking and appointment subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call +65 69709059 for booking with:
- Name
- Contact number
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
