- Valid Mon - Fri: 12pm - 8pm, Sat - Sun: 10.30 - 6pm.
- Vouchers purchased are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Limited to only first-time customers of STRADIVARI STRINGS.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- No replacement of lessons for student who is absent.
- Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Please contact Stradivari Strings to schedule your appointment before purchasing the vouchers, to ensure they have an available time slot that fits your schedule.
- If student does not have the cello, rental of cello will be $15 (pay directly to merchant)
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 3 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- DOB of child / age of child
- Preferred day and time
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher):
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- No cancellation or rescheduling of lessons allowed after confirmation of booking.
