- Valid Mon - Sat: 11am - 8pm; Sun: 11am - 6pm. Not valid on public holidays and eve of public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of Specialist Nail & Beauty Spa and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP and DP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive session must be utilised within 1 month from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Return soak-off must be done within 30 days. Date of service is considered as the first day.
- Return soak-off valid only for nail service done by Specialist Nail & Beauty Spa.
- $20 surcharge appointments (payable to merchant):
- 2 weeks before and during Chinese New Year
- 1 week before Christmas.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
