- Valid Mon - Thu: 11am - 5pm. Not valid on eve of public holidays and public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of Spa D'or and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For female customers only.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP and DP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 3 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 24 hours prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
