- Valid Tue - Fri: 12pm - 9pm; Sat - Sun: 10am - 7pm. Not valid on public holidays and eve of public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of Spa Aperial Beauty Hair Nail and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For female customers only.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders. Not valid for tourists.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Customers are encouraged to come with bare eyes, no mascara and existing eyelash extensions.
- Surcharge for appointments payable directly to merchant:
- $10 for appointments 1 week before Christmas.
- $20 for appointments 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 24 hours prior to original booking.
- No-shows / late cancellations forfeit Fave voucher.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
