- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 9pm, Sat - Sun and public holidays: 10am - 7pm.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with serious heart conditions or pacemakers, those with open wounds, or anyone experiencing an acute fever.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
