- Valid Mon - Fri: 12.30pm - 9.30pm; Sat - Sun: 11.30am - 7.30pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders. Not valid for tourists and student pass.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid for current package holder.
- Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
- Valid for all hair length.
- Surcharge of $15 for appointment:
- 1 week before Christmas.
- 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
Redemption instructions

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
