How to Redeem:
- Purchase Deal on FAVE
- Your Deal voucher will be processed within a few minutes
- To redeem your Deal voucher, please follow these steps:
1. After the user purchases the voucher, customers will be required to swipe on their deal voucher to receive a PN. PN will be appear at the voucher.
2. By clicking into the PN, the redemption code(s) & voucher value will be displayed in their respective columns.
- Download/open Ryde app
- Select RydeCoins Wallet on the top right corner of the app interface
- Select "Top Up with Voucher Code", key in/paste voucher code in the 10 digit field
- Select "Top Up"
- Enjoy your redeemed item!
