- Valid Mon - Sun: 11am - 9pm. Valid on public holidays and eve of public holidays.
- Limited to only first-time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months for eyelash extension service.
- Not valid for customers who have been to other brands in the group (Picota Nail Spa / Buff’d Nail Spa / Pixie Nail Spa / Maco Nail Spa).
- For female customers only.
- Valid for customers aged 18 years and above.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.

- $28 surcharge from 15 days before Chinese New Year Eve.

- Booking and seating subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (It's under the 'Me' tab in the Fave app) at the outlet.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
