Fine print
- Valid on Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm. Not valid on Public Holidays.
- Use of bowling shoes required.
- Surcharge of $1.50 per pair applicable for sock purchase.
- For hygiene purpose, customers are required to use socks when using our in-house shoe.
- No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.
- Vouchers purchased are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Purchase cannot be redeemed for equivalent cash amount or part thereof.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required. walk-ins are not allowed.
- Booking and appointment subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
