Fine Print has been changed to include surcharge for Christmas peak period on Dec 19, 2018. Partner will honour original terms for customers who purchased on or before this date.
- Valid Mon - Fri: 11.30am - 9.30pm / Sat: 10.30am - 7.30pm / Sun: 10.30am - 6.30pm (not including eve of public holidays and public holidays).
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- Valid for first-time customers or customers who have not visited for the past 12 months aged 18 and above only.
- Surcharge applicable for peak period, payable to merchant:
- $10 surcharge for appointments 2 week before Christmas.
- $20 surcharge for appointments 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
