Fine print
- Valid Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm; Sat: 8am - 1pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Vouchers purchased are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Limit 1 voucher per registered address. May purchase multiple vouchers as gifts.
- Not valid for executive apartment and landed property.
- Cleaning tools and detergent provided by the home owner.
- Top-ups available, payable directly to merchant: • Window cleaning: $20 per hour. • Fridge interior cleaning: $20 per hour. • Kitchen appliances interior: $20 per hour.
- Kindly liaise with merchant directly for other add-on requests.
- Customers may be advised on the duration of work according to their home conditions and / or size.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 5 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Attached Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)

- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Cancellation or amendments to booking must be made 48 hours from service day. Otherwise, Fave voucher will be forfeited.
