- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 8.30pm; Sat: 10.30am - 8pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For female customers only.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 12 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
- Customers are to shave 1 day before treatment day.
- Surcharge of $18 applicable for shaving services done by NewU Aesthetics.
- SHR device will go over the intended surface area for 1 time. Request for additional times will be subjected to surcharge, payable to merchant directly.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
