- Valid Tue - Sun: 11am - 9pm. Close on Mon. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first-time customers and those who have not visited for past 12 months.
- Limit to 1 voucher per customer. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Valid for all hair length.
- Surcharges (payable directly to merchant):
- $20 applicable for appointments 1 week before Christmas.
- $20 applicable for appointments 3 weeks before Chinese New Year.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
