Fine print
- Partner will honour the vouchers at the remaining six outlets.
- Valid Mon - Sun: 11am - 9pm. Valid on public holidays.
- Grace period of 15-min holding time. Advance notice for late coming is appreciated.
- Limited to only first-time customers of Nailz Gallery customers who have not visited for the past 18 months.
- For male and females customers aged 18 years and above only. Male customers are subjected to SGD5 surcharge per service (payable to merchant).
- Voucher must be purchased 2 days prior to making appointments and 1 day advance phone booking require. In-store purchase and immediate redemption of vouchers are not allowed.
- Not valid for ongoing package holder.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Return soak-off is valid only for nails done at Nailz Gallery and must be done within 4 weeks (28 days) from visit. Soak-off service for existing gel nails are subject to a surcharge.
- Return soak off / 2nd session: customers are to return to the same outlet that they have visited on the first visit.
- Festive season surcharges (payable to merchant):
- SGD18 surcharge per service from 5 days before Christmas
- Not Valid 3 weeks prior to Chinese New Year
- The second session is to be done within 1 month from date of first visit.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
