- Valid Mon - Sun: 10.30am - 8pm. Valid on public holidays / eve of public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of My Secret Hair Salon and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Valid for hair length up to mid-back.
- Surcharge of $15 is applicable for hair length past mid-back, payable directly to My Secret Hair Salon.

- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Date and time of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the 'Me' tab in the Fave app).
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
