Fine print
- Valid Mon – Fri: 10.30am – 8.30pm. Valid on public holidays / eve of public holidays. Not valid on Sat and Sun.
- Voucher must be purchased 2 days prior to making appointments. In-store purchase and immediate redemption of vouchers is not allowed.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- Limited to first-time customers of Massage Addiction and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid for Singaporean / PR/ EP/ DP/ SP /WP.
- Not valid for current package holders.
- Not valid with discount and promotion.
- To bring IC / Passport for verification purpose.
- Sessions are not transferable.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 1 month from first visit.
- Surcharge of $25 applicable for appointments from Jan 10 - 24, 2020.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 2 days in advance, no walk-in allowed.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Rescheduling or cancellation to be done 48 hours prior to appointment date.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (It's under the 'Me' tab in the Fave app) at the outlet.
- Voucher must be purchased before visiting the store.u

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
