- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 6 months.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- All treatments have to be completed during the same visit.
- May not be suitable for all hair types. Scalp analysis and hair consultation is complimentary if requried.
- Not suitable for pregnant women and customers with severe scalp problems.
- Valid for hair length up to mid-back.

Redemption instructions

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
