Redemption instructions

- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to confirmed booking date or Fave voucher will be forfeited.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
