Fine print
- Valid Mon - Sat: 11.30am - 8pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of JMPIRE STUDIO and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers. Male customers are subject to a surcharge of $5.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive session must be utilised within 2 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Surcharge of $10 applicable for soak-off of existing gel nails not done by JMPIRE STUDIO.
- Return soak-off must be done within 21 days. Date of service is considered as the first day.
- Festive period blackout:
- 1 week before Christmas.
- 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
Redemption instructions

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
