- Valid Mon – Fri: 11am to 8pm and Sat - Sun: 10am to 5pm. Not valid on Wed / public holiday.
- Blackout period: 1 week before Chinese New Year.
- Limit to 1 voucher per person, may buy multiple as gift.
- Valid for first-time customers of IS Beauty and those who have not visited in the past 6 months.
- Valid for both female and male aged 18 and above only.
- Valid for Singaporean, PR, EP, SP, WP, DP and LTVP.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Return soak-off for gel nails done by IS Beauty only.
- Removal of existing gel nails not done by IS Beauty is subjected to surcharge of $10 per service, payable to IS Beauty directly.
- $20 surcharge applicable for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year, payable to IS Beauty directly.
- $5 per service surcharge applicable for male customers, payable to IS Beauty directly.
- Sessions are non-transferrable.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
