- Valid Mon - Fri: 7.30am - 8pm; Sat: 10am - 5pm. Not valid on public holidays and eve of public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of Hair Affair and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification
- Valid for all hair lengths.
- Haircut not applicable to director’s haircut by senior stylist.
- Surcharge of $20 applicable for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year, payable directly to merchant.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
