- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 7pm; Sat - Sun: 11am - 6pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first-time and existing customers.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Valid for hair length up to mid-back. Surcharge applicable for longer hair, payable directly to merchant:
- $15 for hair length past mid-back
- $20 for hair length past hip.
- Surcharge applicable for colours that require bleaching, two-tone (highlights), balayage, or ombre hair colouring.
- Blackout period:
- 1 week before Christmas.
- 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 2 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
