Travel period: Immediate - Feb 28.

Booking must be made within the validity period stated on your voucher, and at least 3 working days prior to check-in date.

General:

• Passports must have a min. validity of 6 months from expiry date on date of travel.
• Visa application (where applicable) and personal travel documents are the sole responsibility of travellers.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Policies:

• Voucher purchased is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable upon confirmation of bookings.
• No-shows forfeit Fave voucher.
• Vouchers are not transferable.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other promotions.
• No extension on the redemption of vouchers that has expired.
• Hotel check-in: 3pm; check-out: 12pm.
• As a licensing condition of the Singapore Tourism Board, for vouchers with a price equal or above $500, Fave suggests travellers to consider purchasing a travel insurance (a) against any failure or disruption in our provision of the travel product arising out of any insolvency on our part; and (b) in favour of all travellers for whom the payment or deposit is to be made.

  • Camping permit
  • If guests are unable to obtain the camping permit, they should contact us, and we will provide assistance in acquiring the permit. Each tent requires a camping permit, and it is the responsibility of guests to directly secure their permit through the AXS portal / Nparks website.
  • Glamping City assumes that guests have taken the necessary steps to obtain the camping permit before reserving a tent with Glampingcity. We are not responsible for obtaining the camping permit required by Nparks, and we disclaim any liability associated with the permit.
  • In the event that a guest fails to obtain the camping permit after booking a tent, only rescheduling will be permitted.
• Bad weather:
  • In the event of bad weather, the check-in time will be subjected to change. If the check-in time is delayed due to bad weather, the check-out time will be extended accordingly. Rescheduling of booking due to bad weather will only be granted should bad weather persist after 5.30pm on their arrival date.
• Furthermore, GlampingCity reserves all rights to delay a customer's check-in time at our own discretion and with prior notice. Such delays may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to maintenance, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational requirements. In such cases, GlampingCity will make every effort to communicate the delay and revised check-in time to the customer in a timely manner.
• In the event of a thunderstorm or any weather that is deemed to be unacceptable by NParks regulation, ensuring the safety of all guests is our top priority. Therefore, all guests will be required to evacuate their accommodations immediately. GlampingCity will provide necessary assistance and guidance to ensure a swift and secure evacuation process.
• Please note that GlampingCity reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels.
