- Valid Mon - Sun: 9am - 8pm. Valid on public holidays.
- Limited to only first-time customers and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Valid for hair length up to mid-back. Surcharge applicable for longer hair:
- $15 for hair length past mid-back.
- $20 for hair length past hip.
- Surcharge applicable for bleaching, ombre, balayage, and classic highlights.
- Surcharge $20 for appointment 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
