- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 9pm; Sat: 10am - 7pm. Valid on public holidays except public holidays that fall on Sun.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 1 month from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Surcharge of $10 applicable for couple room, payable directly to merchant.
- $15 surcharge (payable to merchant) for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
