- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 8pm (last appointment: 5pm); Sat: 11am - 4pm (last appointment: 4pm). Not valid on public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of Crystal De France and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Shoulder massage is not available for male customers.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 2 months from date of first visit.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
