  • Valid Mon – Fri: 11am – 9pm, Sat – Sun & public holidays: 10am – 7pm. Valid on public holidays.
  • Surcharge of $20 (excluding GST) will be charged if the appointment is available during blackout period.
  • Limited to first-time customers of Coslab and existing customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
  • Valid for male and female customers aged 21 and above only.
  • Not valid for exisiting package holders.
  • Limit 1 voucher per person per visit.
  • Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
  • Valid for SG, PR, EP, WP, SP and DP only.

Redemption instructions

  • 3 days reservation required.
  • Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
  • Rescheduling must be made at least 2 days prior to original booking.
  • Customers are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time for registration and redemption process. As a courtesy to others, treatment will end as scheduled in the case of latecomers.

Cancellation policy

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
