- Valid Mon - Fri: 12pm - 8.30pm (last appointment: 7pm); Sat: 11am - 5.30pm (last appointment: 4pm). Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP and WP holders. Not valid for tourists.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- Not valid for current package holders.
- Only one voucher may be redeemed at a time.
- Customers are advised to arrive 15 minutes earlier to avoid delays.
- If arrival is 10 minutes late or more, treatment time may be shortened.
- Festive period surcharge: $15 for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
Redemption instructions

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
