- Valid Mon - Sun: 10am - 8pm. Last appointment: 7pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid for existing package holders.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 2 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Surcharge of $5 for removal of existing polish not done by Bio Beauty.
- Return soak-off must be done within 28 days. Date of service is considered as the first day.
- Return soak-off valid only for nail service done by Bio Beauty.
- Festive period surcharge:
- $10 for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
