- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.

- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, and DP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 - 3 days in advance.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 24 hours prior to original booking.
- A confirmation request will be sent to the customer 24 hours before his/her scheduled appointment. If the customer does not respond to confirm his/her scheduled appointment, his/her appointment will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
