- Valid Tue - Fri: 11am - 9pm; Sat - Sun: 11am - 7pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers of Bespoke Hair Studio and customers that have not visited in 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification
- Surcharges:
- Hair length below armpit subject to $20 surcharge.
- Hair length below bra strap subject to $30 surcharge.

- Surcharge $20 for appointment 2 weeks before Chinese New Year
- Customers who are late for more than 15min, appointment will be canceled and customer will be required to reschedule.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
