Fine print
- Valid Mon - Sat: 6pm - 9.30pm.
- Valid for dine-in only.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.
- Price includes GST and service charges.
- 1-For-1 promotions entitle you to what is indicated in the voucher's What You Get section. No other voucher will be awarded.
- No booking allowed to be done on other reservation platforms. Such bookings will be cancelled by Beppu Menkan.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation is required at least 1 day in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Whatsapp +6598504331 for booking with:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Number of people
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Please quote ‘Fave Omakase’ when making a reservation.
- Please do not call the restaurant or use other booking platform besides Whatsapp.
- Reschedulling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 1 day in advance prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
