- Valid Mon - Fri: 10am - 9.30pm; Sat - Sun and public holidays: 10am - 8.30pm.
- Limited to first-time customers of BB STUDIO and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 1 month from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Surcharge of $15 is applicable for appointments 1 week before Christmas and 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.
- Customers are advised to arrive 15min early to avoid delays and shortening of treatment time.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
