Fine print
- Valid Mon - Sun: 10am - 8.30pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers. Male customers are subject to surcharge of $5.
- Valid for customers aged 21 years and above.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, WP, DP and SP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 2 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Surcharge of $10 for removal of existing polish not done by AURA BEAUTY LAB.
- Return soak-off must be done within 31 days. Date of service is considered as the first day.
- Return soak-off valid only for nail service done by AURA BEAUTY LAB.
- Blackout period: 10 days before Chinese New Year.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
