- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 8.30pm; Sat: 10.30am - 5.30pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For female customers only.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 12 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- Customer must shave the target area 1 day prior to treatment.
- Surcharge of $10 applicable for shaving services done by Aura Aspira True Beauty.
- Appointments on festive periods subject to surcharge (payable directly to merchant):
- $10 applicable for appointments 1 week before Christmas.
- $20 applicable for appointments 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
