- Valid Mon – Fri: 11am – 8pm; Sat: 11am – 7pm; Sun: 11am - 6pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Limited to first-time customers or customers who have not visited during the past 12 months only.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- Valid for all hair lengths.
- Voucher is not valid for director's cut.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required 24 hours in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
